Course Description: This five-day workshop offers technician-level training to a broad range of vertical endeavors including: Tactical Rope Access, Industrial Rope Access, High Angle Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, and Tower Access & Rescue. 


This course is designed to give the participant a practical working base of rigging and its physics as they are applied to modern efficient rope rescue, rope access and general rigging environments. Included in this workshop are general concepts of friction coefficients, tension & compression, fall factors and impact forces, resultant forces, anchors/back-ties (elevated, high strength, marginal, multi-point ect…), knot craft and controlling movement over rope (lowering and raising systems, belays, litter operations, pick-offs and horizontal movements).

Daily Start Time: Course attendance begins, daily, at 8:00 A.M.
